Welcome to HuPow. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

1. Use of Service

HuPow provides cryptographic Proof-of-Work verification links to filter automated bots. You agree to use the service only for its intended purpose and not to abuse, reverse engineer, or use the service to send spam.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account. We use passwordless authentication via email magic links.

3. Billing and Subscriptions

HuPow offers monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for the subscription fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

HuPow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
